In our work, we focus on strengthening the roots that allow you to rise with integrity through:
When the roots are nourished, growth becomes sustainable—not forced.
This is holistic therapy for women who want to stop performing healing and start feeling it.
Many of the women I work with are creative, reflective, emotionally intelligent & energetically attuned.
You can see your patterns, trace them back to childhood, and explain exactly why you feel the way you do.
You can "read a room" immediately & intuitively know who is hurting and how to support them.
You embody empathy & honor that as a gift.
But now your nervous system is taking a hit.
Your system is on high alert all the time & it is impacting your whole health and relationships.
In our work, we invite the body to slow down safely; explore what the body is communicating to you without words, And we invite the energy of compassion and calm to restore your energy from the inside, out.
This is where real wellness takes root and transformation becomes easeful.
We re-establish trust in your Self, grow your internal capacity to regulate emotions, and build your innate inner knowing to help you meet this moment both personally, and for the collective.

If you’re searching for an intuitive, somatically oriented therapist who understands real-life pressure—not just diagnoses—you’re in the right place.

Anxiety can be understood as nervous system overload: a sign that your system has been carrying more stimulation, responsibility, or uncertainty than it has capacity to process in the moment.
Rather than a flaw, I see this as protective response as adaptive, especially if your system has learned that staying alert is/was necessary.
When we approach anxiety this way, we can shift from self-criticism to curiosity and begin supporting the parts of you that are working hard to keep you safe. This Protective Parts may show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty relaxing in social settings, and hamster wheel thoughts that create a feedback loop of internal hyper-vigilance.
Depression can be understood as a nervous system “power down”: a protective slowing that happens when your system has been overwhelmed for too long without enough support, safety, or relief.
Sometimes depression is the counter-point to anxiety, as it can be an adaptive response that conserves energy, numbs intensity, and shields tender parts from further hurt. This can be triggered by environmental, social or biological vulnerabilities. It is never your fault.
When we meet this energetic state with gentleness and somatic awareness, we can begin restoring connection, creativity, and choice at a pace your body trusts.
For highly sensitive people who have experienced trauma, emotional shifts often reflect a deeply attuned nervous system that has had to work overtime to scan for safety. Your system may move quickly into activation or drop into depletion because it learned that the world could change without warning.
In this work, we remove the shame of being seen as “too much” or “unstable,” and help your system begin to organize around a well-rooted sense of Self. We build steadiness, self-trust, and life-style rhythms that honor your sensitivity without overwhelming it.
Together, we explore the parts of you that get activated in parenting, especially when your child’s behavior touches old wounds, overwhelm, or unmet needs. Rather than striving for perfection, we focus on building steadiness, self-compassion, and practical tools so you can lead your family from a grounded, connected place.
Short-term, values-oriented life coaching allows you to anchor into the present reality while aligning your actions to consciously create the life/relationship/business/career that you desire. Embodiment is the foundation for resilience and helps us expand our self-trust after perceived failures or imperfections. If you are experiencing indecision, self-sabotage, or anxiety that is blocking you from taking action, this type of coaching will bring flow and movement back into your life.
