yet still feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or relational tension.
In our sessions, we explore the parts of you that push, protect, or critique, and notice how these patterns show up in your body. These internal messages aren’t obstacles...they’re signals pointing toward what needs attention, care, and understanding.
Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approach, we create a space where your nervous system can settle, and deeper change can take root and help you rise with more steadiness and confidence.
