Using Compassionate Inquiry, geneogram study, and Internal Family Systems, we gently explore how these patterns developed and how they may continue to shape your relationships today from an embodied perspective. 


This process can open the door to more authentic, fulfilling connections by healing the survival strategies you once needed, but are now creating co-dependency, resentment, and dis-ease in partnerships.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is especially effective for young adults because it helps you make sense of the inner chaos without pathologizing it.
