The first step is to schedule a free 20 minute consultation call. This call is intended for you to ask me questions and share a bit about what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I will assess if my areas of expertise are able to meet those goals and we will schedule out first session!

I will send you an intake form prior to our session for you to fill out details about your experiences. We will spend time identifying your goals, creating a treatment plan, and co-creating a safe foundation for our therapeutic relationship.

Based on your unique needs, we may meet weekly or biweekly. Many of my clients experience meaningful transformations within the first 3 months of working together. As our work evolves, we will revisit your goals and the level of support you want/need to build the life you desire.
Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis, especially at the beginning of our work together.
Once we create your customized treatment plan, we will collaborate on a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you, both energically and financially.
Customized coaching with text/audio support are designed to help women in seasons of big growth or change.
5 session and 10 session packages are available.

Well Rooted Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly.
However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
I can provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
If you’d like to explore this option, I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

While sessions are gentle and grounded, the speed at which clients experience more calm and gain self confidence is actually quite fast. I recommend budgeting for 3 months of therapy before you feel results.
